2025 Selling Season Info

In order to prepare for the 2025 selling season, we have put together in-depth instructions regarding dates, samples, line sheets, shipping, marketing & deadlines. Please read through this information thoroughly to ensure all deadlines are met.

We recommend bookmarking this site for easy reference throughout the season.

Please complete this survey as soon as possible, so that we are aware of any upcoming changes to your products and/or display needs. Space for each location has already been confirmed and paid by Karen Alweil Studio on your behalf, based on your brand’s projected display needs. Your survey responses will let us know if you will need to make any changes to your display.

**IMPORTANT UPDATES TO NOTE FOR 2025* *

• All vendors must provide their shipping account numbers by December 1.
  International vendors without shipping accounts, please provide credit card info.

• If we must transfer samples from location, we will use your account to ship at the most affordable appropriate speed (this may be 2day air or Saturday delivery) to receive the items on time for the next show.

• There is a new location for Shoppe Object this year. Please pay close attention to the updates to shipping.

• Morgan will only be available to assist with Ribbon changes/issues until December 10th. Beyond that date, we can connect you with assistance outside of KAS.

• We have reduced the number of line sheets required. Please fully review info.

• If you would like to make significant changes to your display, please reach out to Ross as soon as your participation is confirmed, your fees are paid in full and prior to November 29th

We will assume your participation if we do not hear from you by October 25, 2024.
