Samples
A full set of samples is required at each of the FOUR locations. (Los Angeles, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Shoppe Object). Samples for our showrooms in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Las Vegas will remain on display permanently, while Shoppe Object samples may be returned, only if prior arrangements are made. Please be sure to closely review all the details.
All vendors must provide their shipping account numbers at the start of the season, by December 1. For International vendors without a shipping account, please provide credit card information. If we must transfer samples from one location to another, we will use your account to ship at the most affordable appropriate speed (2Day Air or Saturday delivery are sometimes necessary) to receive the items on time for the next show.
If samples are moved around during the season, please see that samples are replaced in each location for any subsequent shows (including mid season Spring/Fall shows).
Existing brands: We need to receive new/replacement of dated or dusty packaging. Candles and other fragranced items can lose their smell, packaging fades, and items can age under the bright showroom lights. We want your products to look their best, so please keep this in mind when shipping samples.

Shoppe Object: January 22
If you have a specific set up design in mind for any of our locations, please submit to Ross by November 29th so that he can work with you to achieve your vision. Beyond this deadline, booth design will be up to the discretion of our in-house team. If you would like to review our visual display guidelines, please reach out to Ross.
