As an artist Anne is drawn to traditional materials such as bronze, gold and marble, materials that have a weight and history to them. Initially she sculpts in clay or carves in wax, then casts the pieces using a time honored and labor intensive process. The result is a piece both smooth to the touch with a patina all it’s own. All work is cast in California. |
